1. General
This website and service "StoDimosio" (the "Service") is owned and operated by S.C. Metis IT&Software S.R.L. (Romania), VAT RO45457364, Trade Register No. J2022000382407, registered at Str. Râmnicu Vâlcea nr. 8, cam. 1, et. 8, ap. 809, Sector 3, București, România. By using the Service you accept these terms. If you disagree, do not use it.
2. Description of the Service
StoDimosio is an AI-assisted practice tool for preparing for the public-sector written exam, focused on the Skills Tests (numeric reasoning, verbal reasoning and work-situation judgment). It provides adaptive exercises, simulations and explanations.
3. No affiliation with ASEP or any public body
StoDimosio is a private service and is not affiliated with, does not cooperate with, and does not represent ASEP or any state/public body. We do not guarantee employment, exam success, or a specific score. The Service is a practice aid; the outcome depends on you.
4. Account
Registration is by email (a sign-in link, no password) or with your Google account. You are responsible for the security of your access. You must be an adult.
5. Free trial & Subscriptions
Full free access for 7 days, no card. Then the «Συνδρομή» subscription — €14.99/month. Optional upgrade «Εντατικό» — €24.99/month and an additional question pack — €4.99 (one-time). Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account; access continues until the end of the current period. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store card details.
6. Right of withdrawal
As a digital service, if you expressly request and agree that provision begins immediately, you acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once the service starts. Otherwise the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies.
7. AI content
Explanations and exercises are partly AI-generated and may contain errors or inaccuracies. They are a study aid, not an official or legally binding source. Verify critical information against the official exam sources. The adaptive selection of exercises does not constitute an automated decision with legal or similarly significant effects on you.
8. Acceptable use
Abuse, automated extraction of content, resale, or use in violation of laws is prohibited. Fair-use limits apply (monthly question limit per plan).
9. Intellectual property
The content, design and code belong to S.C. Metis IT&Software S.R.L.. Reproduction without permission is not allowed.
10. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for the outcome of the exam.
11. Changes
We may amend these terms; you will be notified of material changes.
12. Governing law
Greek and EU law apply, together with the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence. Any dispute falls under the courts having jurisdiction by law. As a consumer you may also use out-of-court (ADR) consumer dispute-resolution bodies (e.g. the Consumer Ombudsman in Greece, or the competent ADR body in your country of residence).
